Annual Holiday Family Tree Farm Sessions (BOOKING FEE)

***please read in full before proceeding to book your session***

Our annual tree farm sessions will take place on Saturday October 17th (rain date rain date Saturday October 24th) and Sunday October 25th (rain date Sunday November 1st). Please ensure that you are also available for your rain date just in case of inclement weather.

This year I will have about half the sessions available as previous years, so don't delay and risk missing your chance! I may be unable to fit any additional dates or times in (entirely dependant on COVID-19 stats come the season).

WHEN & WHERE: 
October 17th & 25th at Evergreen Tree Farm located between Guelph and Fergus

PACKAGE INCLUDES: 
- 15 minute private session for immediate nuclear families only (parent(s) and child(ren))
- access to the sleigh (new for this year), as well as entry to the farm
- private gallery (of 10+ images) to select your final portraits from 
- 5 final high resolution, fully edited portraits delivered via online download 
- social media sized, watermarked images for easy sharing
- additional images from your gallery are available for purchase if desired

COST: 
$250 plus HST ($282.50)

The non-refundable booking fee is $100, with the remaining balance ($182.50) being due the day of your session. If you wish to pay the session fee in full you can, but that is not necessary or required. By processing the booking fee and submitting a signed contract, you agree the the final price after tax of $282.50.

PLEASE NOTE:

- Each session includes a wardrobe consultation, so please feel free to inquire if you'd like to chat about your family's wardrobe. My goal is to ensure you look and feel like you're on the pages of a magazine, so I am happy to help in any way possible :)

- Example photos are from previous years and this year's images may appear slightly different, mostly due to weather and the appearance of the trees each year. However, the general idea remains the same. The sleigh is a new feature for this year, so I do not have any photos of it at this time.

- ***PayPal is the chosen merchant for payment to reserve these bookings. If your PayPal email or name is different than the name on your signed contract, or if you DON'T HAVE PayPal, please let me know by sending me an email and I can help you out***

- Once I receive your signed contract and payment, your session will be booked. Each purchased session MUST be accompanied by a signed contract or the session time will be released.

- Booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if you cannot attend your session please let me know as soon as possible, as I will make every attempt to transfer your session. If I am successfully able to fill your session time I will refund your booking fee.

- Sessions are first come first served, but if everything books up I will do my very best to release additional slots (depending on what the COVID-19 stats look like come fall).
